Ty Coch
Ty Coch farmhouse is a 5 bedroomed holiday cottage located close to Snowdon on a working mountain farm on the outskirts of Betws Garmon between Beddgelert and Caernarfon. It offers scenic walks from the doorstep in a peaceful location, tranquillity only disturbed by the sound of the stream running through the garden! Ty Coch provides the perfect location to explore Snowdonia’s breath taking mountains, coast and numerous award winning tourist attractions which are all within easy driving distance.

The kitchen diner with an electric range cooker and long table offers ample space for family meals boasting views of Mynydd Mawr Mountain. The adjoining utility room is an ideal space for drying coats and muddy walking boots. Through the kitchen into the conservatory this offers comfortable seating and relaxing space to admire the stunning scenery whilst watching the sheep grazing and lambs pranking in the spring evenings.
The lounge has comfortable leather seating to relax and unwind on in front of the warming log burner, the adjoining snug offers extra seating and space for children to play games.
Upstairs there are 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms along with a family bathroom. Downstairs the twin bedroom and shower room offers accommodation for guests who may prefer to not use the stairs.
The large enclosed garden (with an unfenced stream running through it) to the rear of the farmhouse is secluded and tranquil, with a patio area and outdoor furniture it is a lovely peaceful space to dine outdoors on a warm summers evening.
A games room located in the stone barn offers indoor entertainment for those wet days with a 6 foot pool table and table tennis for the children.
